The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the product you are interested in, and your message. Please do not include sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or detailed health information in the contact form; that information is only collected later, directly and securely, if you choose to apply for coverage.

3. Information Collected Automatically

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not run third-party analytics scripts. Like nearly all websites, the hosting provider that serves these pages may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes, subject to the hosting provider's own privacy practices.

4. How Your Information Is Used

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes or information you request, and assist you with the insurance services you ask about. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded to any third party, and it is not used to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Your information is shared only as needed to serve you: with the insurance carriers whose products you ask to be quoted or to apply for, with the form-delivery service that transmits your contact form submission to my inbox, or where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to assist you and to satisfy the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance producers, then deleted.

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and reasonable safeguards are used to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact me and it will be deleted.
